Friends Of Families Award
We need some teamwork!
The Children’s Museum at Yunker Farm provides a home turf
for all the area’s
children, a hands-on place of discovery
where kids and families play and learn together. And right
now, we’re fourth and long from ourfundraising goal. And your generosity will give area kids
something to cheer for!
As a top defensive lineman during his years with the NDSU
Bison and the Buffalo Bills—Phil Hansen is a perfect guest
of honor when need to protect your turf. He shares his time
and talent with area children through his NFL-sponsored
football camp and gives motivational speeches to thousands
of children.
Phil’s wife, Dianna, has a long history working on behalf of children and volunteering tirelessly for many organizations – including Ronald McDonald Houses and Special Olympics. She also devotes her talents as a Web designer full-time to local non-profit organizations. We’re proud to honor Phil and Dianna, and recognize their many years of support, child advocacy and community service.
Help Raise the Barn at Yunker Farm!
We're having a barn-raising like the good old days, when
everybody pitched in to help out! It's our annual
fund-raising event and your generosity will allow us to
continue bringing learning and happiness to kids of all
ages!
When you raise a barn, you might as well have a roast, and
that's exactly what we're going to do. But this roast is
not only about food, it's also about fun!
In addition to a delicious dinner, you're invited to enjoy
an evening of laughter as we roast the winner of the year's
"Friend of Families" Award.
Presented by The Children's Museum at Yunker Farm, the award
is given to an outstanding person who is dedicated to
family, friends, colleagues, and community.
So please "pitch" in to RAISE THE BARN. Your donation will
go a long way toward helping The Children's Museum at Yunker
Farm provide a hands-on place of discovery where kids and
families play and learn together.
